Static Grass Light Green 7 mm Woodland Scenics FS623

Woodland Scenics static grass is a specialized modeling material designed for creating realistic vegetation on model railroads, dioramas, and bases for figurines. The 7 mm fibers perfectly imitate tall, lush grass, wild underbrush, or unmowed meadows.

The product features a natural shade of light green that beautifully represents the appearance of vegetation at the peak of the growing season. Thanks to the use of static technology, the fibers stand upright after application with appropriate devices (such as the Static King), creating a three-dimensional structure that looks much better than traditional foam scatter.

This material can be freely mixed with other lengths and colors of Woodland Scenics static grasses, allowing for unique tonal transition effects and variation in the growth phases of vegetation on the model. For best results, it is recommended to use dedicated glues for static grasses (e.g., Static-Tac), which provide a durable bond and proper charge conduction during application.

The product is compatible with popular modeling scales such as H0 (1:87), N (1:160), or O (1:48), with the 7 mm fibers representing different heights of actual vegetation in each scale (e.g., approx. 61 cm in H0 scale).
