Description
WW2 Italian Air Force Paint Set Vol. 1 6x17ml Hataka HTK-BS103
A set of Blue Line series acrylic paints, optimized for brush painting, containing standard colors of Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana (ANR) aircraft from the 1943-1945 period.
The Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana (ANR) was the air force of the Italian Social Republic (Republic of Salò), which operated from the beginning of the German occupation of Italy in September 1943 until the end of World War II. This formation operated Italian-made machines, such as the Macchi M.C.205 Veltro or Fiat G.55 Centauro, as well as German designs. While German aircraft usually retained standard Luftwaffe camouflage, Italian machines initially flew in native schemes (NC4 and VOS2 on upper surfaces, GAC1 on lower surfaces). In the later period, many of them were repainted according to Luftwaffe standards (RLM 74/75/76) or unique mixtures of Italian and German colors were used.
Set Contents:
- HTK-B052 Verde Oliva Scuro 2 - color for the upper surfaces of Fiat G.55 aircraft and camouflage spots.
- HTK-B279 Nocciola Chiaro 4 - base color for the upper surfaces of Italian ANR machines.
- HTK-B266 Grigio Azzurro Chiaro 1 - standard color for the lower surfaces of Italian-made aircraft.
- HTK-B313 Grey-Green (RLM74) - used on upper surfaces in the mid-war Luftwaffe scheme.
- HTK-B007 Grey-Violet (RLM75) - used on upper surfaces in the mid-war Luftwaffe scheme.
- HTK-B038 Light Blue (RLM76) - used on lower surfaces in the mid-war Luftwaffe scheme.
