Plastic model kit: Deutsches Afrikakorps Vehicles 1:35 ICM DS3529

The ICM DS3529 model kit depicts vehicles used by the Deutsches Afrikakorps (D.A.K) during the North African campaign in World War II. The D.A.K, formed in the winter of 1941, was part of the German Wehrmacht and participated in battles on the African front under the command of Erwin Rommel.

The kit includes models of three key vehicles used by the D.A.K:

Mercedes-Benz L3000 - A 3-ton truck with rear-wheel drive, it was one of the most commonly used transport vehicles by the German armed forces. Produced since 1940, it was widely used on various fronts, including North Africa. The kit includes a model of this truck that can be assembled in 1:35 scale.
s.E.Pkw Kfz.70 with Zwillingssockel 36 - This vehicle, a military version of the Horch 108 Type 40 car, was used for transporting infantry. Equipped with a dual Zwillingssockel 36 mount with two MG 34 machine guns, it could be used to engage aerial targets or as a fire support vehicle. A model of this vehicle is also included in the kit.
le.gl.Einheits-Pkw (Kfz.2) - A light, universal off-road vehicle produced by Stoewer, BMW, and Hanomag since 1936. The Kfz.2 version was equipped with a Torn.Fu.b1 radio station and served as a communication vehicle. A model of this vehicle is also available in the kit.
