About the Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.J tank: The Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.J was the last production version of this tank, which served as the "workhorse" of the German army during World War II. Production of this version began in February 1944, at a time when the situation on the front was becoming increasingly difficult for Germany. The J version was simplified compared to earlier models, aimed at increasing production efficiency and adapting to defensive conditions. It was equipped with a long-barreled 75 mm gun and a new grenade launcher on the turret, which enhanced its combat capabilities. Despite the introduction of newer models, such as the Panther or King Tiger, the Panzer IV Ausf.J remained a key element of German armored forces until the end of the war.
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. For assembly, separately sold modeling tools are needed (including cutters, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model glue (e.g. Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
