Paint remover 250ml Tamiya 87183 Paint Remover

Solvent that can remove acrylic paints, enamels, varnishes, and polycarbonates. It does not damage the resin surface and does not impair the transparency of the polycarbonate body. It is also useful for correcting paint that extends due to masking. It can be used multiple times, 2-3 times, and the coating can be removed by soaking the plated parts for about an hour. It is a water-soluble type with a mild odor. It cannot be used with ABS resin.

Instructions for use

• Apply this agent to a cloth or cotton pad and wipe the painted surface you want to remove. Depending on the paint, this may take some time. If you apply this agent and leave it for about 1 minute, it can be removed more quickly.
• If you want to soak parts, transfer this agent to a small container. After soaking for about 10 minutes, scrape with a brush.
• Wash the parts with water and dry them thoroughly.
• When used with clear styrene resin, it may become cloudy.
• It may change color to yellow, but there is no issue with performance.
• Paints other than Tamiya may not work with this solvent.

• Keep out of reach of children and ensure it is not swallowed or used as a toy
• Do not use on human skin
• Ensure good ventilation during and after use, as it contains organic solvents
• Do not ignite
• If you feel unwell, rest in a fresh air location. Apply soap to the skin and wash thoroughly. If it gets into the eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water. Consult a doctor if necessary
• In case of accidental swallowing, do not induce vomiting and seek medical assistance immediately
• Wear a mask, gloves, and goggles while working
• Cover and store leftovers away from direct sunlight
• Do not use for purposes other than removing paint from the model
