Tamiya 87238 Cement (Low Odor) is a specialized plastic cement designed for joining parts made of polystyrene (standard modeling plastic). The main distinguishing feature of this product is its significantly reduced odor intensity compared to traditional modeling cements, which significantly increases work comfort, especially in poorly ventilated rooms or during long modeling sessions.

The cement features standard viscosity (it is not a thin/penetrating version), which allows for precise application to the edges of the parts before joining them. It works by slightly melting the plastic surface, creating a durable and strong bond after the solvent evaporates.
