Description
This is a decal fluid - a "glue" that is effective when used for decals that have been poorly adhered due to excessive soaking in water, or for small decals.
Use the brush on the cap to apply the medium to the part where the decal will be attached, and wipe off the excess with a cloth dampened with water.
If you additionally use Mark Fit, it will be easier to apply the decal.
